Our fine -grained sorghum flour is ideal for the preparation of sweets and savory.

The parmesan is very fine and the light hazelnut color, very rich in fiber and proteins.

It derives from a particular variety of white sorghum decorticated, grown directly in our farm in Piedmont.

Our sorghum flour, like all our single flours and mixes of flour, are certified gluten -free, do not contain preservatives, tires, starches and added sugars!
