Do you know the history of our logo?
The 5 -cob flower recalls the 5 varieties of corn that we use for our gluten -free flours including 3 ancient varieties Piedmontese.
Red Pignoletto, yellow and local octophyle of the island, very colorful and aromatic corn, their color varies from dark red to light orange.
Just from the red fussy our color is born ... Bordeaux, a color that we love a lot because it is very warm and enveloping.
The light ivory, by contrast, is very natural and relaxing and recalls the colors of our flour and natural blends.
