Ingredients for 2 people
butter 15 g + 10 drops of essential oil of lemon or half a squeesed lemon
zafferano
Parmigiano Brano 30 g
oil 1 tablespoon
vegetable broth
Proceedings
For flavoured butter : make the butter soften and bring it to room temperature, add the essential oil of lemon or the juice and mix well, put the butter in the fridge.
Make the onion roar with the oil, add the rice and make it toasted, merge then the broth by mixing.
At half-cooking add the saffron after diluting it in a bit of broth.
At the finished cooking extinguish the fire and handle with the flavoured butter and the parmigiano brassiano.
