Ingredients for 4 people

330 g C.Ca of gluten -free flour mixture for Mulino Marello pasta
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 whole middle eggs
Salt to taste.

Method


Insert the flour into the machine, in the appropriate measure instead insert the liquids (eggs and salt).

Choose the desired shape through the appropriate molds provided and create your pasta.
Start the dough program depending on the type of the machine.
Cook for 5 minutes and season at will.
