Ingredients

500gr by Natural Flour Mixture for Crustate and Biscuits

180gr butter

90 g of semi-ground sugar

1 teaspoon yeast for desserts

Peel of 1 grated lemon

3 whole eggs

30 ml of water

4 tablespoons organic blueberry jam

 Progress 

  1. Mix all the ingredients on a splash and, once you have obtained an elastic ball, put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  1. Divide the dough into two parts and spread one with the mattress for the base. Make with the bio blueberry jam and cover with the remaining dough, using the leftovers to decorate with balls and paste hearts.
  1. Bake at 180 ° for 25/30 minutes.
