TACCHINO AND ZUCCHINE NUGGETS

Ingredients

100 gr about turkey ass

Small sugar

2-3 Maize flour spoon La Finissima Mulino Marello

1 Parmesan spoon

Oil

Salt

Procedure

Put the meat and zucchini in the blender. Mix and add the Parmesan and a pinch of salt. Inflate the compound and create sticks.

Put them on paper, season with two spoons of oil and cook in a hot oven in 180C for about twenty minutes.

If the compound seems too soft and hard to work with, add some flour to the dough.

You can accompany them with a saucer of tzatziki yogurt.
