Autumn really offers us an infinity of sweet fruits to use for our recipes. They give flavor, color, originality, delicate fibers, but above all a natural sweetness that allows us to omit sugar or simply reduce the quantity. Space then applied and pears, fruits more traditionally used for various cakes and desserts, but also to persimps, figs, plums, mandarins, kiwi and grapes.
The latter is one of my favorites. We do not stop at the idea that is annoying and long to clean up the berries to deprive them of the seeds, because it really does in a moment, especially if we buy certain pulpous table grapes from the big grains. Or simply or agree to the purchase of that without seeds now widespread.
We can add grapes to delicious muffins just like those that today I propose to you, to be realized with the Milled Mill Mill mixture to be combined with integral rice flour to increase the presence of fibers, or to cakes and biscuits.
A very versatile and certainly welcome ingredient. It lends itself to the Union with dried fruit, especially with pine nuts or walnuts, but also with cocoa, carob or cinnamon.
Start from this recipe to test you and prepare these dishes ideal for breakfast. Eat them together a dozen berries taken on an empty stomach to promote the purifying action of the grapes and continue along with a cup of green. Pack yourself and give them to your children for snack at school or for the afternoon snack, for a greedy break, but easily digestible and light, which allows continuing with energy and concentration.
